JUNE 4, 2020 OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 8:00 A.M. with Lee Husfloen and Blake Wilkens present. Darrell Berger was absent.
Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented Conditional Use Permit #937 and Building Permit #938 for Chad Fleckenstein for a 36’ x 48’ Shop with a variance in the SW ¼ of Section 35-143-85. Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to approve Conditional Use Permit #937 and Building Permit #938. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented Building Permit #939 for Rick and Mary Henke for a 20’ x 12’ house addition in the SW ¼ of Section 13-142-85. Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Judith Hintz, Auditor, presented a handout that states the steps to follow when re-opening the courthouse.
Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to amend the motion previously made at the May 6, 2020 meeting and unlock and officially open the courthouse doors to the public as of June 5, 2020 instead of waiting until after the 9th of June. All in favor, none opposed, motion carried.
Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to amend the motion made previously appointing Lana Klindworth as the Inspector for the June 9, 2020 Primary Election and replacing her with Sheila Hildebrand due to COVID. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Thomas VonBische, Nextera, discussed the Red Butte Wind Project.
Kyle Miller, Road Superintendent, discussed roads.
Kacey Erickson, Butler Machinery, presented two quotes for leasing a Motor Grader. First quote was for a 150 15A Tandem Motor Grader for $39,375.76 per year. Second quote was for a 150 15A AWD Motor Grader for $41,871.93 per year. Blake Wilkens moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to approve the lease agreement for the 150 15A AWD Motor Grader for $41,871.93 per year for 5 years. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

The next meeting of the Oliver County Commission will be at 8:00 A.M., Thursday, July 2, 2020 at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
