OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 7:30 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was held. Members present were Troy Hatzenbihler, Bill Breimeier, Linda Nelson, Matt Wilkins, and Cassie Smith. Others present were Jaden Schmidt, Secretary/P&Z and Patty Koapke, P&Z.
Matt Wilkens moved and Troy Hatzenbihler seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Discussion and changes were made to the wind energy facilities ordinance. ENEL Energy was present and had some concerns with new requirements, such as the cost to decommission and the amount of the bond that the county may require in the ordinance for that purpose.
Discussion and changes were made to the BESS ordinances.
The next work session was scheduled for May 22nd at 7:00 pm.
Discussion was held on the June regular meeting needing to be rescheduled. The board will discuss at the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:57 pm.
The next meeting for the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will be May 29th at 7:00 pm in the Oliver County Courthouse Meeting Room.
