OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 10:16 am with all members present. Others present were Patrick Waters, States Attorney, Alice Grinsteinner, HR, Brian Schmidt, Attorney and Michelle Lang, NDIRF.

 

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

 

Dave Berger moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to move into Executive Session for attorney consultation with respect to pending litigation entitled McNulty-Eide v. Oliver County et al pursuant to N.D.C.C. §§ 44-04-19.1, 44-04-19.2. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

 

The Commission moved into Executive Session at 10:18 am

 

The Commission Meeting was called back into regular session at 10:57 am.  

 

There was no final action in the Executive Session to be acted upon in the regular session.

 

The meeting was adjourned at 10:58 am.

 

The next meeting of the Oliver County Commission will be at 1:00 PM, April 14^th, 2026 at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
