OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 8:00 AM with all members present.

Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the August 4, 2022 minutes as written. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to appoint Rick Schmidt as the North Dakota State Fair delegate. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented Building Permit #986 for Mark & Wayne Haag for a Pole Barn in the SE ¼ of Section 13-142-83. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the Building Permit #986. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented Building Permit #987 for Square Butte Creek Golf Course for a Golf Cart Storage Barn on Section 30-142-83. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the Building Permit #987. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

Mickie McNulty-Eide came with an update on getting the carpet cleaned in the courthouse.

Jim Jackson, Moore Engineering, discussed Bridge 33-107-13.0.

Discussion was held on the Police Agreement with the city. Gus Rud, city council member, attended and will let the commissioners know what the city decides.

New time cards were discussed.

Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to change the next meeting date to October 5th at 8:00 AM at the Courthouse. Notice will be given to the paper and posted on the doors to notify the public of the change.
