OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was held. Members present were Cassie Smith, Bill Breimeier, Linda Nelson, Matt Wilkins, and Jody Reinke. Others present were Jaden Schmidt, Secretary/P&Z, Patty Koapke, P&Z and Patrick Waters, State’s Attorney via phone.
Matt Wilkins moved and Cassie Smith seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Matt Wilkins moved and Jody Reinke seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the May 29th meeting with corrections. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Patrick Waters, State’s Attorney, discussed open meetings rules.
Conditional Use permit #1066 for Knife River-North Central for a gravel crushing pit within section 26 of 143-82 was presented. Matt Wilkins moved and Jody Reinke seconded the motion to approve CUP #1066. A roll call vote was held: Cassie Smith-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye, Matt Wilkins-Aye, Jody Reinke-Aye. CUP #1066 was approved.
Building Permit #1068 for Kenny Rude for a barn within section 2 of 142-84 was presented. Jody Reinke moved and Cassie Smith seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #1068. A roll call vote was held: Cassie Smith-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye, Matt Wilkins-Aye, Jody Reinke-Aye. Building Permit #1068 was approved.
Building Permit #1069 for Raymond and Karene Hall for a garden shed within section 14 of 142-84 was presented. Jody Reinke moved and Matt Wilkins seconded the motion. Cassie Smith-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye, Matt Wilkins-Aye, Jody Reinke-Aye. Building Permit #1069 was approved.
Discussion was held on the Battery Energy Storage Systems ordinances.
Discussion was held on Wind Energy Facility ordinances.
Another work session was scheduled for June 17th at 7:00 pm at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:29 pm.
The next meeting for the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will be July 31st at 7:00 pm in the Oliver County Courthouse Meeting Room.
