OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 7:07 pm. Members present were Randy Schmidt, Ray Schmidt, Lonnie Henke, Wyman Scheetz, Jayar Kindsvogel, Darren Klingenstein and Jaden Schmidt (Secretary).
Darren Klingenstein moved and Jayar Kindsvogel seconded the motion to approve the agenda with the addition. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Wyman Scheetz moved and Ray Schmidt seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the August 31st meeting. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Brian Dresser and Scott Maier have applied for a Conditional Use permit for an RV Park. Discussion was held and public comments were taken. Concerns brought up were about proximity to residences and other properties. Darren Klingenstein moved and Jayar Kindsvogel seconded the motion to approve the permit. A Roll Call vote was held: Wyman Scheetz – Aye, Ray Schmidt – Nay, Darren Klingenstein – Aye, Randy Schmidt - Aye, Jayar Kindsvogel – Aye. The Conditional Use permit was approved.
An application to amend the Ordinance to include CO2 facilities was submitted to the board for discussion. More information will be brought to the board at the next meeting.
Meeting was adjourned at 8:03 pm. The next meeting of the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will take place on October 26th at 7:00 PM in the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
