OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was held. Members present were Cassie Smith, Bill Breimeier, Matt Wilkins, Linda Nelson and Gary Price. Others present were Jaden Schmidt, Secretary/P&Z, Patty Koapke.
Bill Breimeier moved and Linda Nelson seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Cassie Smith moved and Bill Breimeier seconded the motion to approve the minutes of the September 25th meeting with correction. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Building Permit #1076 was presented for Chris Olsen to build a garage within NE ¼ of Section 22, Township 143, Range 83. Linda Nelson moved and Gary Price seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #1076. A roll call vote was held: Bill Breimeier-Aye, Cassie Smith-Aye, Gary Price-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye. Building Permit #1076 was approved.
Building Permit #1077 was presented for Prairie Barns Construction/James Franciere to build an addition to a house within NW ¼ of Section 21, Township 141, Range 85. Bill Breimeier moved and Cassie Smith seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #1077. A roll call vote was held: Bill Breimeier-Aye, Cassie Smith-Aye, Gary Price-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye. Building Permit #1077 was approved.
Discussion was held on Solar Energy Facilities ordinances.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:51 pm.
The next meeting for the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will be November 20th, 2025 at 7:00 pm in the Oliver County Courthouse Meeting Room.
