OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 8:10 am with all members present.
Conditional Use Permit #1074 was presented for Brent Rosecrans to build a house within SW ¼ of Section 29, Township 144, Range 82. Rob Schmidt moved and Dave Berger seconded the motion to approve Conditional Use Permit #1074. A roll call vote was held; Dave Berger-aye, Rob Schmidt-aye, Lee Husfloen-aye. Conditional Use Permit #1074 was approved.
Building Permit #1075 was presented for Brent Rosecrans to build a house within SW ¼ of Section 29, Township 144, Range 82. Rob Schmidt moved and Dave Berger seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #1075. A roll call vote was held; Dave Berger-aye, Rob Schmidt-aye, Lee Husfloen-aye. Building Permit #1075 was approved.
