JUNE 2, 2022 OLIVER COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION convened at 10:43 A.M.

Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, Lee Husfloen, Chairman, Darrell Berger, Vice-Chairman, Blake Wilkens, Commissioner, Judith Hintz, Auditor, and John Mahoney, State’s Attorney were in attendance.

     Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, stated the Notice of Increases from 2021 to 2022 were $747,130 (which includes the City increases).

     At the January 6, 2022 Commission Meeting, the Residential increase from $123,835,115 to $125,044,148 or .976% was approved and everything has been updated.

     There was no increase or decrease in Ag Valuations.

     The overall net taxable values for Oliver County has a total gain of $1,831.00. 2021 Net taxable valuation was $14,840,352 and 2022 net taxable valuation was $14,842,183.  

    Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to approve the 2022 assessments as presented. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
