OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 8:00 am.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Roll Call was held. Members present were Lonnie Henke, Troy Hatzenbihler, Bill Breimeier, Linda Nelson, Matt Wilkins, Cassie Smith and Jody Reinke. Others present were Jaden Schmidt, Secretary/P&Z and Patty Koapke, P&Z.

Conditional Use permit #1057 and Building permit #1058 for Treavor and Jamie Hendrickson to build a house within the SW ¼ of Section 18, Township 142, Range 85 were presented. Jody Reinke moved and Matt Wilkins seconded the motion to approve CUP #1057 and Building permit #1058. A roll call vote was held: Cassie Smith-Aye, Linda Nelson-Aye, Troy Hatzenbihler-Aye, Matt Wilkins-Aye, Jody Reinke-Aye, Bill Breimeier-Aye; CUP #1057 and Building Permit #1058 were approved.

Troy Hatzenbihler mentioned assessing a fee to Treavor Hendrickson for the special meeting. That will be determined by the County Commissioners.

Discussion was held on setting an ordinance work session date for the Wind and BESS ordinances. The Planning & Zoning board will have a work session on May 15th at 7:30 pm.

Discussion was held on violations of building without a permit. The current ordinance has a fine, but the question is how to enforce it and be consistent.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:21 am.

The next meeting for the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will be May 29th at 7:00 pm in the Oliver County Courthouse Meeting Room.
