Building & Zoning Permit Applications


 Deadlines for Conditional Use, Zoning Change and Ordinance Amendment applications are at minimum three weeks prior to the next Planning & Zoning Meeting, to allow the proper two week notice to be published, prior to the next meeting. 

For example: If the meeting date is scheduled for January 25, the application must be submitted no later than January 4th. 

Building Permits may be submitted at least one week prior to the next Planning & Zoning Meeting Date.
