Dave Berger called the Oliver County Park Board meeting to order at 8:07 A.M. He has a request for the Summer Park Rec Program and also a request of $500.00 from the Oliver County Fair Board for toilets. Darrell Berger moved and Lee Husfloen seconded the motion to approve $500.00 for the Oliver County Fair Board for toilets. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve $500.00 for the Summer Park Rec Program. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried. The Park Board meeting adjourned at 8:15 A.M.

Jim Jackson, Moore Engineering, discussed different potential funding available for the county roads and bridges.
Kurt Swenson, Resident, mentioned the county developed a wind ordinance a few years ago and was wondering if the county wanted to develop an ordinance around CO2 Sequestration.
Andrea Blohm, Resident, discussed bridges, section lines, and roads around her property. She was interested in having a section line closed.
Kyle Miller, Road Superintendent, discussed the county needing to purchase a different Semi, gravel, culverts, and roads.
Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the Township Road Mileage Certification paperwork. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
There was a discussion on the copy machines for the Auditor’s, Sheriff’s, and State’s Attorney’s offices. The copy machines will be on lease with Liberty Business Systems, Inc. and will be Xerox Brand instead of Kyocera.
Judith Hintz, Auditor, mentioned she had received an email from Chuck Horter, NDACo wondering what the status was on the Employee Handbook.
Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, presented Parcel #25138000 for a Homestead Credit abatement for the year 2021. Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to approve the Homestead Credit abatement for Parcel #25138000. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
