OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 6:00 PM with Lee Husfloen, Dave Berger and Rob Schmidt present. Others present were Patrick Waters, States Attorney, Alice Grinsteinner, HR, and Jaden Schmidt, Auditor.

Rob Schmidt moved and Dave Berger seconded the motion to move into Executive Session for a reasonable predictable lawsuit. A roll call vote was held: Rob Schmidt-Aye, Dave Berger-Aye, Lee Husfloen-Aye.

The Commission meeting was moved into Executive Session at 6:03 PM.

The Commission meeting was called back into regular session at 6:12 PM.

Final Action was considered.

Dave Berger moved and Rob Schmidt seconded the motion to confiscate Mickie McNulty-Eide’s computer, retroactively as of February 5^th. A roll call vote was held; Dave Berger-Aye, Rob Schmidt-Aye, Lee Husfloen-Aye. Motion carried.

Rob Schmidt moved and Dave Berger seconded the motion to exclude Mickie McNulty-Eide from the County Courthouse as of February 5^th, 2025, pending an investigation. A roll call vote was held; Dave Berger-Aye, Rob Schmidt-Aye, Lee Husfloen-Aye. Motion carried.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:15 PM.

The next meeting of the Oliver County Commission will be at 1:00 PM, March 13^th, 2025 at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
