OLIVER COUNTY PLANNING & ZONING Commission was called to order at 7:00 pm.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Roll Call was held. Members present were Lonnie Henke, Jody Reinke, Linda Nelson, Matt Wilkins, and Cassie Smith. Others present were Jaden Schmidt, Secretary/P&Z, Patty Koapke, P&Z.
Discussion was held on Reorganization of the Board. The general consensus was to wait until the next regular meeting to reorganize the board.
Discussion was held on board members interested in serving on sub-committees for solar and data center ordinances. Bill Breimeier expressed interest in being on a solar committee. Cassie Smith and Matt Wilkins expressed interested in being on either committee. This information will be taken to the County Commissioners.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:37 pm.
The next meeting for the Oliver County Planning & Zoning Board will be March 27th at 7:00 pm in the Oliver County Courthouse Meeting Room.
