TheOliver County Planning & Zoning Board (hereafter referred to as "governing body") will be holding a special meeting on October 1, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Themeetingwillbeheldin-person at the Oliver County Courthouse.
Atthetimethisnoticeisbeingprepared,thegoverningbodyexpectstheagendaofitsmeetingto include the following topics:
1. Call to Order
2. Conditional Use Permit Hearing
a. Valor Contracting, of West Fargo, North Dakota, has applied for a conditional use permit to build a water tower within the SE ΒΌ of Section 13, Township 142, Range 85
3. Building Permit – Valor Contracting – Water Tower
4. Adjourn
Where noted, the discussion of some of the above topics may be held in executive session rather than during the portion of the meeting that is open to the public. If this is a regular meeting, additional topics may be discussed. If this is a special meeting, the governing body's discussion will be limited to the topics and executive sessions listed above.
