OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 8:00 AM with Darrell Berger and Blake Wilkens present. Lee Husfloen was absent.
Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

Jaden Schmidt, Auditor, presented the Financial Statement for 2022.
A letter was presented to the commissioners from Chief Justice Jenson.
Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to appoint Jayar Kindsvogel to the County Planning & Zoning Board. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Discussion was held on purchasing a snowblower attachment from Kyle Miller for the county skid steer. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to purchase the attachment for a price that was not over $8500. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
Carmen Reed presented to the commission. The county and city have a share of 20,000 sandbags for use in case of flooding. Carmen presented the commission with the quarterly report for October thru December as well as January thru March.
John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented the commission with Building Permit #996 for Gerald & Deb Wagner for 2 8’ x 40’ shipping containers in NW ¼ of Section 30-143-81, Lots 1, 2, 3, 7 & 10, Blk 11, Sanger. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #996. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
John Wicklund, Land Use Administrator, presented the commission with Building Permit #997 for Ryan Schmidt for a new home in SW ¼ of Section 22-142-82. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve Building Permit #997. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM.
The next meeting of the Oliver County Commission will be at 8:00 AM, Thursday, May 4th, 2023 at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
