June 6, 2019 Tax Equalization
JUNE 6, 2019 OLIVER COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION convened at 11:00 A.M. Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, Lee Husfloen, Chairman, Darrell Berger, Vice-Chairman, Commissioner, Judith Hintz, Auditor, Kyle Miller, Road Superintendent, and Jarann Johnson, Center Republican were in attendance.
Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, presented six new assessments.
Patricia Koapke, Tax Director, discussed increasing the ag valuation to be compliant with the state requirements. Lee Husfloen moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to increase Ag valuation by 4.684%, with residential and commercial valuations remaining the same as 2018. On roll call vote the following voted “Aye”: Lee Husfloen, and Darrell Berger. None voted “Nay”. Motion carried.
Lee Husfloen moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to adjourn. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 11:24 P.M.
