MAY 9, 2019 OLIVER COUNTY SPECIAL COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 9:00 A.M. with all members present.
Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
George Opatz, Roofing Solutions LLC, from West Fargo, ND presented an estimate for the roof repair of the courthouse. He proposed to clean the entire roof system using Conklins Wac II cleaner. They then would spray a New Closed Cell Spray Polyurethane Foam with a minimum thickness of 2 inches.
Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to give Oliver County employees July 5th, 2019 off as a paid holiday. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:40 A. M.
