NOVEMBER 7, 2019 OLIVER COUNTY COMMISSION PROCEEDINGS were called to order at 8:00 A.M. with all members present.

     Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the agenda. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

     Steve Reiser, Dakota Central Social Services, informed the commissioners that Dakota Central Social Services will now be called Dakota Central Human Service Zone. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the Human Service Zone Agreement Addendum 1. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

     Thomas Klabunde, Moore Engineering, discussed the Federal Aid Program Projects for 2020 and mentioned the paperwork is being completed on the 2019 road projects. Blake Wilkens moved and Darrell Berger seconded the motion to approve the Hannover Road and the BNI Road as possible projects for the 2020 County Federal Aid Program. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

     Kyle Miller, Road Superintendent, discussed gravel, roads, and employees.

     John Mahoney, States Attorney, presented the Oliver County Asset Forfeiture Fund and Procedure. Darrell Berger moved and Blake Wilkens seconded the motion to approve the Oliver County Asset Forfeiture Fund and Procedure. All in favor, none opposed; motion carried.

     The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 A.M.                                                                      

     The next meeting of the Oliver County Commission will be at 8:00 A.M., Thursday, December 5, 2019 at the Oliver County Courthouse meeting room.
